Repair terms
Updated October 31, 2026.
What you purchase
US$9.99 buys a repair attempt for one MP4 or MOV recording. Applicable tax is shown by Creem at checkout. Payment must be confirmed before upload, repair or result preview.
Recovery is not guaranteed. The fee covers the work of attempting repair and is not refunded if the attempt is unsuccessful, incomplete or cancelled after it starts. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived or the payment processor’s applicable rules.
Your recording and result
Keep your original recording and submit only media you have permission to process. Rebuilding a container cannot recreate media that was never written, overwritten or physically lost. Supported repair paths depend on the codec and data that remains. A matching healthy reference may be required.
Some repair paths re-encode video. A recovered result can be partial or have uncertain timing. Passing structural and full-decode checks does not establish original completeness, subjective quality or exact audio/video synchronization.
Review and download
After a paid attempt produces a usable result, you can review a watermarked sample and download the full recovered file without a preview watermark. The sample covers only the first 12 seconds and does not establish that the entire result is usable.
Files and retries
Each video may be up to 1 GB. Uploaded files and recovered results are automatically removed after 24 hours; the job page shows their expiry. Download your result before then. Adding a required reference or using an eligible retry stays on the same paid job. A paid job cannot be switched to a different original recording.
Availability and payment access
Attempts are queued and processing time varies. If the service is interrupted, keep your original and retry the same paid job when it becomes available. Refunds or disputes reported by the payment provider suspend that job’s repair and media access.
