Pay once for the attempt.
Know the risk upfront.
A recording matters even when recovery is uncertain. The price should be clear before you decide to try.
One file · one repair attempt
US$9.99 per file. One-time payment for one repair attempt. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. No subscription.
- No subscription
- Automatic attempt after payment confirmation
- Result sample review after the attempt
- No second payment for a required reference or eligible retry on the same paid job
Payment is for the repair attempt, not guaranteed recovery. No refund if recovery is unsuccessful.
Checkout requires a separate, default-unchecked risk acknowledgement. Card details are handled by Creem on its hosted checkout.
What the fee means
- Payment comes before the attempt.
- File selection can come first. Repair, result review and any result-media access follow confirmed payment.
- A playable result is not a completeness guarantee.
- Missing media cannot be recreated. Codec, reference and recording conditions affect the available recovery paths.
- The result can be partial or unsuccessful.
- Missing audio, shortened footage and uncertain timing need to be made visible. No universal success or lossless promise.
- A reference stays on the same paid job.
- If a healthy matching clip is required, adding it does not start another checkout.
A few details
worth knowing.
What if neither attempt works?
The fee remains nonrefundable. It buys the repair attempt, not guaranteed recovery.
What does the preview contain?
Only after payment, result review can show a sample of a recovered file. Video samples are watermarked, audio samples cover the first 12 seconds, and photo samples are reduced in size. Review the full download to assess the result.
Does the full download have a watermark?
The recovered file is separate from its review sample. Video samples have a watermark; audio and photo samples are shortened or reduced in size.
Is selecting a file already a repair attempt?
No. Selection checks the file extension and size on your device. No media is uploaded or repaired before confirmed payment.
